Probably one of the earliest memories I have about gloves, are related to royalty and fancy balls. My grandmother had a drawer full of satin and silk evening gloves, all neatly arranged, for “special” occasions. I never saw her wear any, although she always wore her leather gloves. I, however, as a kid, loved to snoop around in her wardrobe and try them out.
Gloves to me, have always been about elegance and femininity, probably why so many transvestites wear gloves too, to hide their masculine hands and instantly look more female. I should know, I married one, a transvestite that is.
People often ask me when my “glove fetish” began, honestly I don’t know. Probably somewhere as a kid, but women and men are so different when it comes to fetishes.
